Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for:

  • Essential functions: your shopping cart, checkout, and login. The site won’t work properly without these.
  • Age confirmation: remembering that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so you aren’t asked on every page.
  • Analytics: counting visits and seeing which pages are used, in summary form.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 7 years). We keep account information until you ask us to delete your account, and email-list information until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted when they’re no longer needed.

Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and card payments are handled by our payment processor. Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • See the personal information we have about you, and get a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information (we may keep what the law requires, such as order records for taxes)
  • Stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link

Residents of Texas, California, and other states with privacy laws may have these rights by law, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We don’t do either.

How to make a request: email support@lotusarmament.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email on your order or account. We’ll respond within 45 days. If we can’t fully meet your request, we’ll explain why, and you can appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, we’ll tell you how to contact your state attorney general. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Age requirement

Our site and products are intended only for adults 18 and older, and you must confirm your age to enter. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states, and we may cancel orders that would break those rules.

Other websites

Our site links to other sites, such as our Instagram and YouTube pages and embedded installation videos. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
